Application Customization Engineer

Job description:
An attractive position in Tier2 Support which involves both customer facing and code writing aspects, to facilitate customer on-boarding as well as customize and maintain the production environments.
We are looking for talented and energetic young people who are dedicated, enthusiastic and anxious to learn and work. There is also a relocation option (to our US offices in SF & NY), for US citizens or Green Card holders.


Job Requirements:
• A graduate of Bsc. in Computer Science/ Mathematics/ Physics, GPA of 85 and higher. Alternatively – a Mamram graduate.
• Experience in customer-support technical roles – an advantage.
• Development experience – an advantage
• Preferred to have any of the following areas of expertise: DB, SQL, Perl, Networking, Application Servers, Windows/UNIX Administration.
• Previous experience / knowledge of SEM and Search environment – an advantage
• Strong analytical skills, and a quick learner

MySQL DBA

Responsible for the ongoing monitoring and maintenance of the production environment (tuning, backups, DR environment). Analysis of database performance both physical (server/storage) and applicative (database schema) and perform corrective measures. Ongoing support for developers – optimize SQL statements.
• More than three years experience in administrating MySQL database(MySQL AB certification an advantage)
• Deep knowledge of SQL optimization, MySQL Engines, upgrades, tuning, backups and recovery
• Development background is a plus

User Interface Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for exceptional Web UI developers, who can take our application UI into the next level.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in web application development (+3 years)
• Extensive knowledge & experience in UI frameworks such as Ext JS, GWT and JSF.
• Proven experience in UI design and usability, for rich, complex applications dealing with data representation (grids, trees) and manipulation, forms and wizards design, reports generation and business workflows.

UX Specialist

What you're expected to do:
You must know the basics of design and visual communication and can create a software experience that guides the user through the features and functionality intuitively, while making it pretty. You'll be in charge of both the design and the usability aspects of Kenshoo's lead product, re-creating its entire Look & Feel together with the GUI team, consisting of developers, graphic designers and more.
The Job: To identify use-cases and user-flows (wireframes IA work), design a software interface (front-end design) in a short timeline.

To qualify, you must have:

• At least 7 years experience in online user experience and interaction design. Expert knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
• Must be an experienced player in development of large web or ecommerce systems. International academic or commercial experience in UX – a major advantage.
• Experience working with developers to solve technical & logical issues on UI design.
• Demonstrated understanding of User Interface processes and tools, as well as best practices, and continuously streamlining processes in order to achieve higher quality, lower costs and shorter time to market
• Strategic vision, organization and the ability to be deadline driven while maintaining a collaborative approach
• Ability to effectively work with remote stakeholders via clear, concise communication

Web QA Engineer

Job Description:

QA testing for a web application – taking ownership of the overall quality from production inspection, product deployment & support, while ensuring the success of major, minor, and patch releases.

Job Requirements:

• Web Application tester with minimum 2 year experience.
• Knowledge of SQL • Experience with Data Base
• Good understanding of server –side technologies
• Experience in writing testing documents (STD , STP)
