Office Manager and HR Administrator- Temporary position
Job Location: Tel Aviv
Core Responsibilities:
• Administrative assistance to HR – screening resumes, scheduling interviews, updating candidates regarding their status, phone interviews, assistance with Welfare issues (birthdays, team events etc. ) and more.
• Maintaining CEO meeting schedule/calendar
• Mail distribution
• Office supplies orders
• Supermarket orders
• Company car& parking card administration
• Liaising with company mobile network suppliers
• Maintaining petty cash
• Oversee and update company phone lists
• Processing of business cards orders and requests
Direct manager: VP Human Resources
Key internal interfaces: All company management and employees, HR Business Partners
Key external interfaces: recruitment agencies, job search websites, mobile networks, 3rd party suppliers, company guests
Requirements:
• Relevant experience as an Office Manager - must
• Relevant experience in HR administration- advantage
Person specifications: excellent interpersonal skills, assertive, multitasking
Language skills: Hebrew- fluent, English- fluent(mother tongue level)
Work days: five days a week from 11.00-20.00pm
**Also optional- five work days from 16.00-20.00pm (as an Office Manager only)
